Refund policy

To make a cancellation, kindly contact us at dakotastudios.sg@gmail.com or WhatsApp +65 8816 2810. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. As flowers are perishable items, any cancellations made later than that will be subjected to only a 50% refund. All refunds will be made via PayNow / bank transfer.
