Terms of service

All floral arrangements (except Blooms of the Week) have to be ordered at least 2 days in advance. Orders can be made through our website or by contacting us via email/WhatsApp. All orders will receive a confirmation email.

Same-day / next-day deliveries are subjected to availability of flowers and delivery slots. Delivery requests outside of opening hours will be subjected to an additional charge of $12.

Our bouquets and arrangements are created according to our unique style. Each arrangement may differ slightly as every flower is unique in petal form and size. In the event that certain flowers are unavailable due to seasonality or flower condition, we reserve the right to replace them with other flowers of similar value. Please be assured that we will do our best to preserve the overall shape, size and colour combination.
