Shipping policy

We offer free island-wide* delivery service to our customers from Mon-Sun (11AM-5PM), excluding Public Holidays. All orders (except Blooms of the Week) should be made at least 2 days in advance. Same-day / next-day deliveries are subjected to availability, kindly contact us at +65 8816 2810 or drop us an email at dakotastudios.sg@gmail.com.

*Delivery service applies to all locations in Singapore except: Tuas, Penjuru, Jurong Island, Army Camps, Airline Road, Sentosa Island, Airport Terminals, PSA ports, Sembawang Shipyard. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to these areas.

Our delivery timeslots are 11AM-2PM and 2PM-5PM.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient is present at the delivery address on the specified date and time stated during order confirmation. Additional charges will apply for re-deliveries (case-by-case basis).
